I spent Sunday night (5th Oct) at the Heavenly Records evening at Manchester Deaf Institute for Manchester In The City 2008.

Romeo Stodart from the Magic Numbers,

Edwyn Collins

Cherry Ghost

Cherry Ghost were meant to be joined onstage by Jimi from Doves, but unfortunately he couldn’t make it. Cherry Ghost still played a great cover of Doves tune ‘Pounding’ though – I’ll have video footage up soon
